The investments made by the new management affect the entire infrastructure of the facilities, renovating everything from the asbestos roof, warehouses, changing rooms for workers and chemical product rooms, as well as the construction of two loading docks to facilitate operations, etc. The entire energy infrastructure, such as gas, water, steam and oil facilities has been renovated, as well all the existing machinery.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, in 2014, Lavander\u00eda la Pajarita began operations with all the elements necessary to provide maximum quality, service and guarantee in the laundering and rental of linen for hotels in Mallorca.
