Les inversions de la nova direcci\u00f3 incideixen en tota la infraestructura de les instal\u00b7lacions, reformant des de la coberta de fibrociment, els magatzems, els vestuaris per als treballadors, les sales de productes qu\u00edmics, construcci\u00f3 de dos molls de c\u00e0rrega per a facilitar l\u2019activitat\u2026 Tamb\u00e9 es reforma tota la infraestructura energ\u00e8tica, com les instal\u00b7lacions de gas, aigua, vapor i oli, aix\u00ed com la renovaci\u00f3 de tota la maquinaria existent.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed el 2014 la Lavanderia la Pajarita inicia la seva activitat amb tots els elements necessaris per prove\u00efr la m\u00e0xima qualitat, servei i garantia en el rentat i lloguer de roba per als hotels de Mallorca.
